The company was founded in 1999 as EC Outlook by veterans of the electronic commerce industry.  Our goal was to develop technology that would allow companies to share information and collaborate with their entire value chain, reducing costs and providing operational efficiencies. This had to be done without requiring changes to each company's disparate business systems or business processes.

The result was Collaboration Center©, a proprietary business integration platform that allows a company to seamlessly exchange data in any format with internal and external business systems. We then coupled this business integration capability with proprietary, leading applications geared at specific business processes. Our Commerce Center© suite of applications manage workflow and apply configurable business rules across standard document sets.

We have extensive experience in both buy-side (Supplier) and sell-side (Customer) supply chain integration and process automation.  The company’s solutions have been deployed by mid-market and Fortune 100 companies to automate mission critical supply chain processes.

The company is privately held, with all operations and staff in Houston, TX.
